Hi everyone! I was putting together a round-up of ideas for using PB2 (or similar brands) with oatmeal. I was halfway through when I realized that I could put together even more ideas with your help.

I use it in my overnight oats… Yum, yum!

Not really in an oatmeal, but I sometimes combine a tablespoon of PB2, a tablespoon of cream cheese, and a tablespoon of rolled oats and mix it into kind of an edible cookie dough. Tastes amazing! πŸ™‚

I like to mix it with coconut oil to create a kind of peanut coconut glaze to top oatmeal with- its runnier then normal pb and thus easier to spread!

wow! So funny…..I just bought it for the first time today. Can’t wait to try it!

Hi! I love actual PB in my oats the best, but PB2 is great too! My favorite recipe is Reese’s PB cup baked oatmeal. I got idea from Meghan at Oatgasm. You make a baked oatmeal batter with cocoa powder. In the middle, you put a rolled up ball of PB and water (it is so much easier to form into a ball than reguar sticky PB!). Then bake as usual…so yummy and easy!

I always stir a tbsp. or two in my oats, or mix it with some Greek yogurt for a yummy protein-packed dip/frosting! It’s also great as a “drizzle” for baked oatmeal if you add just a tiny bit more water to make it thinner. πŸ™‚
