I want to say Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to my IG fam ??❤️. I love you all and you guy strive me to create the bowls and food for that are on my page. As I’m opening presents and watching my parents opening up gifts I’m enjoying a bowl of “Berry Velvet Oats topped with blueberries, blackberries, marshmallows, semisweet chocolate chips and blueberry brownie. To make Berry Velvet Oats you’ll need : ? 1/2 cup coconut milk (vanilla or regular unsweetened) ?1/2 cup rolled oats ?1/2 tsp vanilla extract ?1/2 tsp sweetener ?1/4 cup blueberries & blackberries (each or combined) ?1-2 tsp of dark or semisweet chocolate || directions: ?Bring your coconut milk, berries and sweetener to a boil. ?Once boiling, add your vanilla extract and Oats. Reduce heat to medium low and allow it to simmer 5-8 minutes.
