    Hi Lauren,

Not exactly related to this post, but I think I haven’t yet left a comment on your blog, and this post seemed as good as any.

Just wanted to let you know that I stumbled upon your blog a couple of weeks back (actually I found the link in the comment section of a German beauty blog, where the blog owner was sharing her newly discovered love for overnight oats…) and since then my kitchen has sort of exploded:
    – with a set of measuring cups (still don’t love them – depending on whether me or my boyfriend scoops up a cup of oats, the quantity is rather… different),
    – with all kinds of oats I could find,
    – with newly purchased ramekins,
    – and suddenly there are always zucchinis in my fridge.

There are so many recipes I want to try, it’s seriously overwhelming. I haven’t tried any of the salty or hearty variety yet, but I’m sure there is a recipe somewhere here which will shout “try me!!”

So yeah, I just wanted to leave a comment and say thanks for all the amazing inspirations, and in Germany we wish a “happy slide into the new year” 🙂

  2. Kelsey’s Instagram never fails to make me hungry (and oatmeal-envious) every morning! 😀 fit0girl has an amazing Instagram too–thanks for the recommendations!
