This Week in Oatmeal 05/28/2016

Every Saturday, I gather oatmeal recipes from around the web from the previous 1-3 weeks, as well as outstanding Instagram photos. These posts may grow or evolve as time passes. Please feel free to give your feedback in the comments section!

This week’s theme is raspberries!

No long caption today because i need to be off to orchestra practice 🎵 Breakfast this morning was a raspberry porridge with one part chocolate milk and one part hazelnut milk and chocolate sprinkles. Those raspberries though…perfection, they were soooo good ❤❤ Oh and reoccurring catspoon, of course 😃 I hope you have a wonderful day! It’s sunny here but (big but) I’m getting my wisdom teeth pulled later on 😨 #anorexiarecovery #eatingdisorderrecovery #edrecovery #edwarrior #recoveryisworthit #recovery #breakfast #sunnyfriday #fearfoodchallenge #wisdomteeth #wisdomteethout #porridge #oatmeal #oatmealartist #raspberry #raspberries #chocolatemilk #hazelnutmilk #alpro #noats #mymuesli #catspoon #eatittobeatit #strongnotskinny #strongerthanyouthink

Next week’s theme is the color PURPLE! How close can you get to having a purple bowl of porridge? Tip: try cooking your oats with blueberries and raspberries, or blackberries and beets! Or you could take the lazy route and top with purple grapes. 😉 No judgment. If you want to be included, show me some oatmeal love with the #oatmealartist hashtag!

I feel like I’m constantly a week behind on themes, raspberries just showed up at the farmer’s market. Definitely going to try raspberry mint oatmeal, though, that sounds amazing!

Raspberries are LIEFEEEEEE. Seriously. I can eat a whole pint of them if you put one in front of me–I bet my life on it! Let alone, putting raspberries in oatmeal would probably be super dangerous for me too! Gotta check out that yogurt bowl and divine raspberry pistachio cake as well!
