Every Saturday, I gather oatmeal recipes from around the web from the previous 1-3 weeks, as well as outstanding Instagram photos. These posts may grow or evolve as time passes. Please feel free to give your feedback in the comments section!

Happy Monday! Doesn’t this #oatmeal look a-peel-ing! With the frigid temperatures these past few days, all I’ve been craving is warm food and have been on a real oatmeal kick! What I ❤️ about oatmeal is how customizable it is. I can eat it everyday without getting bored just by changing the fixings ? This #apple #cinnamon spiced oatmeal was made with my standard base (1/3 cup @bobsredmill #glutenfree rolled oats, 1 cup #unsweetened #almondmilk , 1 tbsp #chiaseeds , and 1/2 tsp #cinnamon ) and topped with 1 tbsp #pecans , 1 tbsp #omega3 rich #walnuts , 1/2 tbsp #raisins and a Granny Smith #apple ????This oatmeal will definitely warm you up and fill you up! #anappleaday #glutenfree #vegan #vegetarian #oatmeal #oatmealartist #oatmealeveryday #healthybreakfast #fruit #eattherainbow #wholefoods #wholefoodie #cleaneating #eatclean #nutrition #nutritionnerd #diet #dietitian #rd #rdapproved

Next week’s theme is Black & White. Yep! Going a little ~crazy~ this week. Get creative! Experiment with black and white toppings (Oreos? Chocolate and white chocolate chips?) or capture black and white in the porridge itself. You can do it! Let me see your creativity! If you want to be included, show me some oatmeal love with the #oatmealartist hashtag!
