Sometimes, I post a recipe and am amazed at the amount of hits it acquires in just its first couple of days. One recipe that consistently accomplishes this is my brownie recipe. I’ve done many variations, and nearly all of them became an instant sensation, racking up more Facebook likes than other others.
It makes sense; people love brownies, but these brownies are ten times healthier than your typical fudgy dessert. It’s basically a win-win.
Although I’m certain there are more to come, here is my brownie collection for your dining pleasures, ranked in order of my favorite. 🙂
Since one of them had to take the “least favorite” spot, I chose this one. I love experimenting with cranberries in recipes, but I must admit they’re not my favorite. Regardless, the tartness of the cranberries (which I like when I’m in the mood for it) is a unique twist to the typical brownie.
If you like variations of textures and flavors, this parfait is for you! You can make it your own by switching up the fruit or even the flavor of yogurt.
Some of us will always favor the batter over the real deal. And then there are some of us who just hate turning on our ovens. 🙂
I love chocolate avocado pudding/mousse, so when I thought of this idea, I couldn’t wait to try it. It tastes so decadent! You could take this “frosting” and put it on top of any of these brownie recipes, to be honest.
Not only was this my first brownie recipe, but it was one of my first recipes on the Oatmeal Artist. Everything’s better salted!!
I had Brownie Batter Oatmeal so many times that I needed to switch it up. This amped-up batter is such a winner that I would eat it four times a week (if I had almond butter).
My newest baked oatmeal is actually my favorite. I’m such a sucker for chocolate + peppermint. I eat it year-round, but it’s so stellar as a holiday treat!
