This Week in Oatmeal 02/04/2017

Every Saturday, I gather oatmeal recipes from around the web from the previous 1-3 weeks, as well as outstanding Instagram photos. These posts may grow or evolve as time passes. Please feel free to give your feedback in the comments section!



Step up your #brunch game with our Raspberry Banana #Breakfast Crumble ☀️?? #brunchlife #eatclean #oatspiration Ingredients: ½ cup Flahavan’s Irish #Oatmeal 1 #banana, sliced ⅔ cup #raspberries 2 Tbsp. maple syrup 3 Tbsp dried #coconut 3 Tbsp ground #almonds 2 Tbsp #chia seeds 2 ½ Tbsp coconut oil, melted #Yogurt to serve Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 355°F 2. Slice the bananas into small chunks and add to an ovenproof dish along with the raspberries. Drizzle with 1 tbsp. maple syrup and place in the oven for 10 minutes 3. In the meantime, make the crumble topping by mixing Flahavan’s Irish Oatmeal, dried coconut, ground almonds, chia seeds, coconut oil and 1 tbsp. maple syrup 4. When the fruit has finished its initial cook time, top with an even layer of the crumble mix and place back in the oven for a further 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top 5. Spoon into bowls and serve with a dollop of yogurt on the side
